Beautiful Music

Under the watchful eye of our grandfather, Joseph Tapley, our guests this week were making beautiful music in the library of the six bedroom LODGE.

Piano, guitar, violin, and voices all blended together to make a joyful noise.

Joseph, who was a star with Gilbert and Sullivan, playing on stage during the 1880's and 1890's in England, Australia and New Zealand, would very much have approved!

Napster Art

We are very proud of Napster, our tail-painting cat, who uses his lovely artwork to raise money for charities. This lovely little creature passed away July 2015, but left a huge legacy, having raised over $12,000 for various charities through the sale of his artwork. That artwork, through prints and notecards, is still available.

Now sold around the world, he was honoured to have his artwork sold around the globe -- he even has a print with the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
