End of the Long Weekend
Labour Day has drawn 'official' summer to a close, but the lake is still 76 degrees F., as warm as it's been all summer, and the sun is hot.
While most guests have to return to school and work scheduls, there are people who organize their time to take advantage of the quieter atmosphere that rolls in on Labour Day itself.
Sometimes, after a morning hiking in Algonquin Park, the best plan is simply to relax and recharge. That's just what Roger did, while the rest of the family sorted out what to put on the bbq, and checked out the canoe. Sometimes, the best thing to do is just lie on a dock...

What a lovely shot. Now that all the kids are back at school, and I can take a moment to catch my breath, that spot on the dock looks mighty inviting!
