Bondi Resort Blog

Come on into our Blog for a look at the wonderful world we've got to share! With over 240 hectares (600 acres) of wilderness woodlands surrounding the resort, just ten minutes from Algonquin Park, we feature over 400 metres (1200’) of waterfront and beach; boat rentals; summer hiking trails winding through fields and woods; 20 km. of groomed cross country ski trails and snowshoeing in winter; access to nearby snowmobile trails for sledders, and a toboggan hill for the young at heart.

Next Steps, Solar Power

I just like hearing David say the words.

"Preparing for the array."

It sounds so very Star Trek.

Yesterday the cement truck came, boldly going where no cement truck has gone before.

And now the sono-tubes that will support the Solar Panels (that will form the Array) are filled with cement, and re-bar. They will cure for a period of time, and then the panels can be installed.

Just gives me enough time to prepare to be Beamed Up, really...

On the other hand, having Mr. Spock along would be helpful in figuring out the logic behind Hydro One's forms. That's a tale you should ask Brian about directly, but we can share that there is a non-existent box on the form. Unless you write the request into that invisible box, certain things don't happen...

Now we know. Next time, we'll be sure to write down everything we need to have happen in that non-existent box. And we'll be sure to use Invisible Ink. Which will probably work just fine.

  1. That is so exciting, Nancy. We must visit soon, before your big season starts.
Our tankless water heater worked well with an extra two adults and baby. Aren't we good?!
