Bondi Resort Blog

Come on into our Blog for a look at the wonderful world we've got to share! With over 240 hectares (600 acres) of wilderness woodlands surrounding the resort, just ten minutes from Algonquin Park, we feature over 400 metres (1200’) of waterfront and beach; boat rentals; summer hiking trails winding through fields and woods; 20 km. of groomed cross country ski trails and snowshoeing in winter; access to nearby snowmobile trails for sledders, and a toboggan hill for the young at heart.

Snow Where more Wonderful

It just looks lovely out there, when we get a fresh fall of snow.

No matter the time of day.

This is the crabapple tree by my back door.  There are still a few apples hanging up there, enticing the birds to gather.
And this is looking from my porch down towards Clover cottage. This is one of our Summer Only cottages, tucked up for a winter's nap, dreaming of summer and a swarm of children within its welcoming walls.
Cedars cottage is open year round. Not that you can find it behind the apple tree and the snowbank!  And Wheelhouse, also open year round, just has it's front deck visible in the corner of the frame.  Front and centre in these photos is the snow itself.  Conditions are fabulous for skiers, snowshoers, tobogganers and those who just like to walk around and take it all in.
We still have vacancies during the March Break.  Milder spring temperatures are on the horizon, which will make Snow Time even more enticing!

So call us, maybe?

  1. I love the way snow clings to the trees after storms like that.
