Josephine looked a little like a pink marshmallow, all bundled up and frsoted with snow. All that was visible was her lovely eyes, peeping out from under the hood and scarf.
It served her well -- Dad pulled her all the way through the Sugarbush on snowshoes. Big brother, on skis for the first time, went along too, and made it almost all the way around before he, too, looked to hitch a bit of a ride!
It is so convenient for families to be able to step out the door of the cottage and be on the trails, toboggan hills, rink, etc. with the little ones. Today, following their adventure, they were headed back into the cottage, where sausages were awaiting them for lunch by the fireplace!
