Sunrise

If sunsets paint the sky incredible shades of colour, then sunrises should not be overlooked either. At this time of year the morning lake is often adrift in mist -- which slowly fades to reveal reflections in the water.

Michael took this shot from in front of Cedars cottage on the Thanksgiving weekend. We got a bit of every kind of weather that weekend... but a sight like this to start the day just cannot be matched.
