We love to get mail. Email. Facebook. Hand delivered... It's all wonderful.
Last week we got a postcard from some of our 'regular guests.' They didn't come this year: it was time to travel to the Czech Republic to visit the relatives. Sylva, Andrew, Allison, Nicolas and Emily all signed the card: "We're having an amazing time, fabulous food, fascinating history and lots of great people. (but we do miss Bondi!)" We missed them too -- but it sounds like we'll be seeing them again soon!
We got mail from New Zealand, where John is working for a year. The rest of his family were here (his sister won a medal in the Clam Race!) He put a comment on the Blog, "missing the Bondi Traditions!" and his Mom, Ann, reported that he was texting daily while they were here to keep up with the family activities.
Then, this weekend, we got these fabulous cards from one of our families. Lucas, Julia and Erik helped find the flowers and feathers for their Mom Nicole to use - the whole family had a hand in the production, and aren't they just beautiful?
