They might have been getting close to the target, but they were getting quite a distance from the cottage! This had to be the widest ranging game of bocce we've ever seen! Our intrepid bowlers started outside their cottage, but kept popping up farther and farther afield on the front lawn. Sort of a traveling feast of the sport. Upon retracing their steps to their cottage, there was no doubt a gourmet feast of another sort -- Arlene's Clan certainly know how to cook up a storm!
