With over 240 hectares (600 acres) of wilderness woodlands surrounding the resort, just ten minutes from Algonquin Park, we feature over 400 metres (1200’) of waterfront and beach; boat rentals; summer hiking trails winding through fields and woods; 20 km. of groomed cross country ski trails and snowshoeing in winter; access to nearby snowmobile trails for sledders, and a toboggan hill for the young at heart.

Carnival!

It's the Family Day long weekend -- and the Dwight Winter Carnival is happening! click here to see the full, action packed timetable!

Three days of action -- with something for everyone, from watching the exciting Logger Sports to taking part in the Kids' Kapers...

Yuk Yuks is in town for Saturday night (followed by a dance, if you've got your clod-hopper boots with you)

Body Zorbs (you clamber into a big inflated hamster ball and roll about trying to knock out your buddies), Gyroscopes, traditional winter games, tons of stuff happening inside including Magic Shows -- and do NOT miss out on the Lions' Club Pancake Breakfast!

And speaking of food, if you need a little something before the Yuk Yuks show and the dance, drop by Erika's and scoop up a heart shaped Pizza, caesar salad, brownies... all for under $20.00 for you and your Valentine.

Napster Art

We are very proud of Napster, our tail-painting cat, who uses his lovely artwork to raise money for charities. This lovely little creature passed away July 2015, but left a huge legacy, having raised over $12,000 for various charities through the sale of his artwork. That artwork, through prints and notecards, is still available.
