The Evolution of a S'More

 First Cookout and Bonfire of the Summer...   and following the hotdogs, veggies, fruit platter and watermelon, everyone headed to the bonfire coals to whip up some s'mores.


Zack kindly demonstrated for us the evolution of this summer staple treat.

First, select the appropriate spot over the coals.

Second, carefully rotate the marshmallow to ensure even toasting to perfection.

 Third, present the prepared marshmallow to Sue, who will gently wrap it, with chocolate, between two graham crackers.

And finally..... Yummmmmmmmm
