With over 240 hectares (600 acres) of wilderness woodlands surrounding the resort, just ten minutes from Algonquin Park, we feature over 400 metres (1200’) of waterfront and beach; boat rentals; summer hiking trails winding through fields and woods; 20 km. of groomed cross country ski trails and snowshoeing in winter; access to nearby snowmobile trails for sledders, and a toboggan hill for the young at heart.

S'more fun than ever

To s'more, or not to s'more... what a silly question!

The storms that have been rolling over us in the afternoons of late (which is not a bad thing -- it breaks the humidity!) cleared off nicely in time for the Cookout.

All ages enjoy getting together at the beach, next to the bonfire.

Some s'mores are more "crispy" than others... All come with gooey chocolate...

Some are toastier on one side than on the others...

Cameras abound.

David had to strain to see where the taters went out of the Long Gun potato canon...

Such a great chance to get together, and meet new friends!

And so lovely to see 'old friends' gathered for the evening, too! We were thrilled to welcome back Chris Williams -- we're not sure when Chris was last here, but we're going to guess it was in the 1980's...

Napster Art

We are very proud of Napster, our tail-painting cat, who uses his lovely artwork to raise money for charities. This lovely little creature passed away July 2015, but left a huge legacy, having raised over $12,000 for various charities through the sale of his artwork. That artwork, through prints and notecards, is still available.
