Carnivals!

It  is winter carnival time!

February 14 and 15, Dorset Snowball is filling the little village with a ton of fun. Check it all out on their website.    This is far and away one of the best little carnivals in the province, stretching from end to end of the village.

The next weekend, the Dwight Winter Carnival takes centre stage, at both the Community Centre and Dwight Beach.  This year at the beach they are hosting snowmobile Speed Trials, which will kick up the adrenaline a notch. 

Both these carnivals are completely family oriented and make for the very best destination for the kids! 

There is just too much going on to list it here -- but heck, for the price of a Carnival Button, you can take the family and spend a whole day enjoying the activities, vendors, and displays.
