S'Getti and Carnivals!

The Dwight Winter Carnival kicks off this Thursday, Feb. 4th, with their fundraising Spaghetti Dinner at the Dwight Community Centre.

From 5pm-7pm (but don't come late, because all the meatballs will be eaten!) you can enjoy a feast of spaghetti and meatballs, caesar salad and garlic bread.

$9.95 for Adults - $4.95 for Children

All proceeds go to the Dwight Winter Carnival. The dinner is generously sponsored by big time Dwight Carnival supporters Nor'Loch Lodge

The Carnival, which began life as the St. Patrick's Day Winter Carnival, but had to shift dates to accommodate more reliable winter conditions, runs from February 25 - 27. It kicks off with the Princess Pageant, but the BIG day is always on the 27th, when everything is on offer from dog sleds, balloon and sleigh rides to tea-making contests and Family Frolic fun. Radar runs, minnow races, and The Ben Show... go check out the events listing of their website. There's really truly something for everyone, and it's a great way to celebrate winter.

Circle the dates -- both of them. See you there!
