Super Powers - Our Fawn can be Invisible!

The tiny fawn popped through the fence slats into my garden this week. When she realized she had been spotted, she simply stood still -- and virtually vanished.

They have such incredible camouflage, it is quite remarkable.

She certainly can elude you. I sometimes find with animals that you only see them when they move. I've walked past a rabbit that I would have never seen if it didn't suddenly scarper away from the path.

Napster Art

We are very proud of Napster, our tail-painting cat, who uses his lovely artwork to raise money for charities. This lovely little creature passed away July 2015, but left a huge legacy, having raised over $12,000 for various charities through the sale of his artwork. That artwork, through prints and notecards, is still available.
