Sure Beats Walking in the Mall

Some of the members of the Huntsville Walking Group came out today. Sixteen of them arrived about 10 a.m., armed and dangerous with snowshoes.

We got them oriented with our trail maps, and away they went, for about 2 1/2 hours.

It was a fantastic day to be out on any trails, with bright sunlight and sparkly snow. Some of this group hike with us in the autumn, when the Probus Club comes over. It's always fun to welcome the neighbours to our part of the neighbourhood!

Napster Art

We are very proud of Napster, our tail-painting cat, who uses his lovely artwork to raise money for charities. This lovely little creature passed away July 2015, but left a huge legacy, having raised over $12,000 for various charities through the sale of his artwork. That artwork, through prints and notecards, is still available.
